I know that many people say that bi-wiring makes no difference, but I tried it and heard an improvement, even though I don't hear a lot of other tweaks that people sometimes rave about. I have KEF Q7's, powered by a Denon 3805. One thing you might try is to buy some inexpensive speaker wire (e.g., 10 or 12 gauge electrical cord from Home Depot or the hardware store) and compare bi-wire versus single wire with your own equipment. Sparky's right, search out previous threads, no need to start another battle.
One of the values in Bi-wiring that the "Cable Crazy" camp promotes is that by mixing two different cable types you can better taylor / emphasize the freq extremes.
Some people swear by it, let YOUR ears be the judge.Dave

IMO, no.
I have 100v2 and tried bi-wiring with same cables for low and mid/hi and different cables for low and mid/hi. I noted no difference in either case vs conventional single-cable wiring.There are some things which are impossible to know, but it is impossible to know which things these are. :scratchhead:
