    Hd Radio?

    Hello All,

    What is HD radio? In the Philly area, most stations are broadcasting in HD. Do we need to buy something new to receive HD quailty sound?

      Yes, HD radio requires new equipment capable of decoding the HD signal. (just like HD TV vs standard-def) I personally have not heard HD radio yet, but I am VERY interested in it. I'd like to see the format grow.

          Boston acoustics has or (by now) an hd-radio reciever out.
