My CA-2100 is going into protection mode. After turning it on, the left channel flashes red. I sent an email to the B&W group address listed on their site, but haven't heard back yet. Could someone send me a PM with the email for Mike Sheehan?

The best thing to do is just give them a call, the number is on the Classe website. Or better yet you could take it back to the dealer where you purchased it.Robert P. 8)

With calling them, I was on hold forever, and didn't get a call back when I left a message. The dealer it was purchased from is out of business. I'd prefer to deal with them directly if possible. The only dealer near my area isn't very good.Pioneer Elite SC-05

How long ago did you send the e-mail ? I've almost always gotten responses to my e-mails in a half-day or less. Try e-mailing Vladimir Savic at vsavic@classeaudio.com. He works together with Tom McConville but handles repairs, whereas Tom's focus is more on sales.Originally posted by y2kavengeres

I have an option on an ex dem Classe CAP2100 or second hand CP500 pre and CA2100 power.
I currently use B&W N804s which I am planning to change to B&W 803S or 803D.
How much better is the Pre Pwr combo than the Classe Integrated ?

I have just upgraded to the CA5300. Previously i was using a Rotel Rb1090 and RMB1095 combination. I have 802D's and a HTM1D in the front. I must say the sound is quite different to the Rotel. There is certainly a lot more low level detail and in all the sound is maybe "cleaner". That said... -
