Need service info on Classe CA-2100

My CA-2100 is going into protection mode. After turning it on, the left channel flashes red. I sent an email to the B&W group address listed on their site, but haven't heard back yet. Could someone send me a PM with the email for Mike Sheehan?

The best thing to do is just give them a call, the number is on the Classe website. Or better yet you could take it back to the dealer where you purchased it.

With calling them, I was on hold forever, and didn't get a call back when I left a message. The dealer it was purchased from is out of business. I'd prefer to deal with them directly if possible. The only dealer near my area isn't very good.

How long ago did you send the e-mail ? I've almost always gotten responses to my e-mails in a half-day or less. Try e-mailing Vladimir Savic at vsavic@classeaudio.com. He works together with Tom McConville but handles repairs, whereas Tom's focus is more on sales.
