Monitor Day

Well it was sort of a good day for PC's. At work I got a new 22" Viewsonic P220F perfect flat. I guess it'll make my stay that little bit better.



I hope to buy this one from the company at the end of my term...


I also picked up one of these today for a dual monitor setup at home.



It's the NEC 15" Viewable 1550V flat panel that will make a nice secondary display. If not, it'll make a good spare monitor. I'm not a big fan of LCD's however this is will do for a dual display.

Monitors huh? Wow, that's touchy feely stuff Bing. Nice ones though! Seems strange to get a new monitor at work with a planned phasing out of the plant, doesn't it?

Yeah, I think IS had a bunch of new equipment to disperse since last fall. It's is brand new, but it recently new. 22" on the desk is just right 8)

Bing...I expect to see some sort of mod on the monitor. Not at all sure what you could do with a monitor but I'm sure you could find something!

I do want to paint my NEC FP950, however I'll wait till the warrantee runs out at the end of the year.

Now that would most certainly make the inside rear cover of MaximumPC (thus elevating your already high status as super mod man). -and PETA would hunt you down and kill you...but that's the price you pay for spectacular modding.
