When screening streamed videos, such as MSNBC news videos, I used to be able to watch them in FULL SCREEN by clicking on the Full Screen button. Now all I get is a blank white screen and have to hit " escape " to get back to the smaller size video. The video doesn't stop or anything when the blank screen is shown and I can still hear the audio. I just don't get a full screen image. This just started recently. Any ideas ?

Adobe Flash player, Jason. Since I posted this I went to the Adobe Flash Player site for trouble-shooting. There is a setting for the player to help videos load faster. It advised deleting the checked box when encountering problems. Sure enough, I de-clicked and now I can access full screen again.
Thanks for replying, Jason.- Bottom

by Kevin PAlthough my 9 year old Sony BDP-S570 still works flawlessly, it's obsolete... as in more and more streaming services don't work on it. Amazon Prime Video is scheduled to end support for my player in late September. It also doesn't support Hulu at all, and with the Orville moving there for season 3,...-
