I've had this plasma for a couple of years with no problems at all. I recently relocated it into our bedroom and all of a sudden, the television shuts off after being on for 30-60 seconds. When it goes off, the red (on) light actually blinks twice every few seconds. It happens with both its own remote control and my Harmony Universal. I'd appreciate any help anyone can provide

Thank you Jason - yes I've tried several different outlets and even switched out surge protectors but problem still occurring. My next step is going to be to open it and check for cold solder joints on the power supply board. Any suggestions?Philyana :B- Bottom

sounds like protection circuitry kicking in
if you did not buy extended warranty
id sell it on ebay - surprisingly you will still fetch a few hundred for it
if you did buy an extended warranty you may want to buy new anyways because it will be gone for at least a month- Bottom

Well, I finally sealed up the calibration on my 56H80 and thought I would share my results. What follows is a review of the TV itself and the results of the calibration.
As many are aware, the 56H80 is the latest model of Toshiba's 56" 16x9 set. After suffering at the hands of downconversion...30 April 2001, 21:02 Monday - Loading...
