OK, I have been reading this site for a long time w/o becoming a member. I found it when I was looking for reviews of my DVD player, I wanted somthing to feed my Sony 57" widescreen crt via DVI.
In hearing what you all were talking about I fell in love with the idea, and now having a room made for it, I took the plunge.
The sp5000 came while my wife and kid were out of town and the sony was sold in the same time frame..............all I can say is WOW. (I can say more but I won't)
I want to thank you all for the advice I have been give w/o even asking. Everything I could ever want to know is right here. I have always has an awesome sound set up, but now after having 100" screen I realize that I have always had a 454 in a Yugo.
