anyone have experience with products such as http://www.walltalkers.com? seems like a good (and easy) alternative to paint on screens. descibed as 'lenticular embossed vinyl'.
my architect wife uses it with great success in classroom settings (their 'erase-rite', whiteboard-biased product), and they have a projection-biased flavor as well (nu-vu-rite) which looks pretty good...matte white, 0.95 gain, low fall-off.
roll it on, frame it in trim, and i think it would look pretty nice. and if you only framed it vertically, it would give you some flexibility and allow multiple projection aspect ratios without having it look so off when projecting at a ratio not matching the screen.
thoughts?
