    47 in. Panasonic Questions

    1. Should i remove the protective screen cover myself, an if so does anyone really know how to go about doing this.

    2. Other than the standard tweeking that can be done in the factory settings, is there anything that i can do to improve the picture

    3. And if i was to get my TV professionally calibrated an tuned in, does anyone know of anyone that does that kind of thing here in Alabama?

As far as I know all sets are different, some don't even allow the screen to be removed. Try a google search or when you do call an ISF tech they should be able to tell you either over the phone or when they come out.

Have you calibrated the set using Video Essentials or Avia set up discs? If you haven't, these will make a huge difference :T

I found these on a quick search at the ISF site:

A V Systems Inc. DBA: Look & Listen Mobile
Audio & Video Specialists, Inc. Birmingham
    Audio Video Excellence, Inc. Homewood
Lighting & Lamp/Audio Video Environments Birmingham

I finally paid the CDN $350.00 and had my set ISF calibrated. The calibration was done by Michael Chen or better known as Michael TLV on forums. He came over at around 6:00 PM and was working on my set until about 11:00 PM tweaking and adjusting. So what is the difference in PQ you may ask, well, I...

Just had my Mits ISF Calibrated yesterday and had a Duvatine lining installed and am very pleased. The image quality is fantastic.

I was wondering who else has had their RPTV ISF'd and what your experiance was?

SXRD + ISF Calibration = WOW

I recently took delivery of a 50" Sony SXRD TV. I had it ISF calibrated yesterday. The TV was pretty good out of the box. I adjusted the user controls a bit and got the picture good looking. Then came the ISF calibration. Turns out the TV was at about 10000 kelvin (standard is 6500). Once that...

Gregg Loewen of Lion Audio Video calibrated my set this week.

I purchased the set from Circuit City 4 months ago and after running Video Essentials I was very happy with the picture. DVD's looked great and DirecTV was pretty good, some channels looked good and some looked bad. I planned...
