Bad Performance - TraceRT Results

I'm getting really poor performance lately - at least for the last month or so. I ran a trace on the route from my work location to the guide and got the following (see hop 22 especially). Any thoughts?

Yeah, anyone home ? Like to know what happened yesterday. I got in the site early afternoon but couldn't access later in the day.

I too seem to be having difficulty loading the site...sometimes a get a DNS error but if I hit refresh it pops up almost immediately.
If it does go through the first time it is very slow.
