Having only seen the pilot episode for the show I went into this movie with somewhat interested yet guarded optimism and it did NOT dissapoint. The movie was alot of fun and pretty funny to boot. While it movies somewhat sluggishly, it was fine and never seem like it dragged out.
The cast seems a bit odd but it works and fits in and there is a cameo as well.
Snoop Dogg while not a great actor plays his part perfectly. He would fit into the show easily. The main captain of the police IS the same guy from the show. Stiller and Wilson are perfect as Starsky and Hutch. It also has Will Farrell(who is hilarious) and Vince Vaughn plays the bad guy(very well for a Hutch movie).
It plays out like a 2 hr long episode and WORKS. I had a great time :T :T

Starsky was always my favorite, as Hutch seemed rather stuck on himself, but I'm a big fan of Owen Wilson, so that may change for the movie.
uker: Think I laughed once throughout the whole movie. Only decent part was the side view of the blonde with big :boobies: Not even worth a rental in my books.
