    Paycheck

A fairly decent action movie with a far-out theme based on memory erasing and seeing into the future. Found the plot a little muddled at times so I'm not even going to try to explain it all here, but all in all it's a decent 2 hours of entertainment, John Woo style.

Ben and Uma ( Thurman) make better movies than Ben and Jennifer.

I think that about sums this one up George.

One thing that really bothered me was, the relaxed way Ben portrayed his character. I guess he was going for the cool super agent type. This just didn't work for me. In the features, even John Woo said that Affleck wasn't his first choice.

The second item that threw this story out of whack. You never get to know enough about the players to care one way or the other them. In a movie that spans 2 hrs, this is unforgivable.

This film could have been a great film. It had all the basics in the story. It just somehow missed putting them together. I don't want to sound like I hated the movie (I didn't), It has it's funny moments as well as a few that make you think. It also delivers the action.

Yeah I think damon was his first choice but he didn't want to do another that was so similar to Bourne Identity so mat suggest they hire his good buddy Ben for the part. I thought it was decent but not great

Thing is, it is based on a Philip K Dick Book. Woo had excellent material here to work with but just didn't pull it off. It was an okay movie, but it could have been so much better. And John is correct about the character development: there wasn't any. You just didn't care. Now if you want to see Phillip K Dick material done properly, think Ridley's Scott's BLADE RUNNER.

            Hey duders!

Just watched it not too long ago....

I thought the acting was right up there with the tv show "The littlest Hobo" Horrid acting especially on his girlfriend`s part....Ithink she wouldn`t make the acting part in a Porn she`s so bad.... (but maybe then I`d watch her! )

The fighting seens were painful for me.....Long stupid and like a Kung Fu movie...200 guys but they fight one at a time!

Long and boring....other than that it was great!

Got a nice rack to show me ?
