    Bad Boys 2... well...

    This is not near as good as the first Bad Boys. It's wall to wall action. Lots of bing bam boom but not much substance. But the PQ is very nice indeed. Quite contrasty and the colors pop. Sound will give your surrounds tons of exercise. Will Smith still has the muscles he developed for his role in ALI.

    I own the first Bad Boys and usually like to own a set of anything that has sequels, but I'm gonna pass on this one. I'm getting fussier in my old age, I guess.

      The most annoying about this movie is the constant arguments and stupid remarks between the two main characters. They complain constantly.

      The movie is also too long for an action movie.

          Correct on both counts, Scarp. These were probably the two most annoying things for me as well.

                  I wasn't thrilled with this picture either. The funny thing is, Ebert and Roper rated this picture the #1 WORST film of 2003 on one of their lists last night.

                      I have to agree with the group. I wanted to like this film. The first one was decent in my book. All of you comments are dead on. This film has very little going for it.

                          I paid 5 bucks for the movie, I mean to own it. I paid to much. lol.

                          About the only redeeming thing from this movie are the action chase sequence and the final shoot em up scene and chase.

                              I got the same feeling about this movie. The argueing between the two lead actors did it for me. It did look good from the tv spots. It's to bad. I thought it might be better. I guess not. What I did like was the tractor trailer scene.
