    the End of the Affair

If you want to watch a great romance that turns out to be much more, then at least rent this modern classic...O.K. that's probably alittle to strong, but it is very, very good!
As I said, it starts out as a romance, but moves in a different direction, into a position most of you have been in at one time or another.
Smartly written, and well acted, this movie is alittle bit of "work" to watch and understand, but like many good movies, in the end it's all worth it. This is a movie I'll watch again, there are probably many small things that I missed. KennyG

    For action, try this:

    THE TRANSPORTER

This is a Franco/Asian production and Luc Besson is ( I believe) an executive producer. It stars Jason Statham ( who the heck is he ?) as an ultra-cool ex-military enigmatic fellow who hires himself out as a transporter of various,...

TV Movies - Do You Watch ?
    by George Bellefontaine
I know from the various posts that many members of HT Guide watch TV. I honestly watch very little. That wasn't always the case. In the 60's and 70's I was an avid tv watcher- especially of movies. Then in the early eighties I got VCR fever and discovered the wonderful world of commercial-free movies....

Do You Watch Movies Alone In Your HT ?
    by George Bellefontaine
I would say I watch movies alone about 75% of the time. My wife is not a big movie lover. She has many hobbies, especially in crafts, and this seems to keep her on the go. But the fact is, I kinda like watching stuff alone. That way I get to pick anything I want ( like the big noise-makers) and when...
