    Review of "Red2"

I Spun this on DVD yesterday afternoon and I must say, I was quite entertained by it!. The thing that makes this movie work and so entertaining is the chemistry and banter between the actors. It truly works and makes the movie special from that perspective. Other than that, it's a fairly standard shoot 'em up....bang 'em up action/thriller. The insertion on John Malkovitch and Anthony Hopkins in this film is priceless. Malcovitch really brings the film to new heights!. Hilarious to say the least!. I burst into laughter many times watching these actors interact.

Well worth a spin if you like this kind of movie

8/10 stars for a fun time!

How does it compare to the first one, Dan ? I read somewhere that it was better.

Helen Mirren is in it--that's enough for me. :T

She stole the show in the first one. She's something else.

Yes she's also very good in this film too. They ALL are to be honest!!. It's just a fun ride, plain and simple. George, I don't really remember the first one but I'm sure I saw it. I see so many films that unless the movie REALLY stands out, I am unlikely going to remember much of it years later.

In time for Halloween -- Scary Movie 3
              by Burke Strickland
Scary Movie 3 (SM3) is solidly in the bad-taste-is funny, sight-gags-galore spoof-a-rama tradition of Airplane! (the same director did both). Unlike Scary Movie 2, which was a tired re-hash of the "original" Scary Movie, (which I enjoyed), SM3 treads new ground, parodying not just horror flicks...

              Panic Room - a review
              by Patrick Sun
The audience I saw this film was totally into the film. They laughed at the right spots, and gasped at the right times as well.

It's a very dark humor film (I was LOL in many places). True, the plot does have a "Home Along" quality to it, and the daughter does even look a little...

              America's Sweethearts- whose movie?
              by JonMarsh
I saw this movie this weekend. I've seen a few different reviews by people, some not all that hot (B-, C+) discussing this as "the new Julia Roberts Movie". And then they complain about how small a role Julia Roberts had in this movie.

Reality reset time, folks. Julia Roberts...

Time for a fun movie quiz!
              by Chris D
Kevin Patz has helped me upload a Microsoft Excel file that's a fun movie quiz. There are 60 different movie scenes, and all you have to do is type in the correct name of the movie to get each one right.
