Red Riding Hood not for kiddies

... and may not be for some adults as the whole thing is just a so so film. However, I didn't regret renting it and wouldn't go so far as to NOT recommend it. Let's just say, it isn't very scary and the werewolf is pitiful cgi. If you like Amanda Seyfried, you'll also probably like this flick. For me the highlight was the few scenes involving Julie Christie. Gary Oldman was up to his old " trying to steal the film" tricks. Anyway, it wasn't bad on blu-ray but your tv or projector better be calibrated properly as this is one dark movie.

Very violent and some ( mild ) sexual scenes. It's really an adult retelling of the fairy tale.
