    Two good movies

I've spent the last few days in school, up in Birmingham Al, so being as I had nothing to do at night I decided to take in a couple movies
The first was "O brother, where art thou", I must say, my friend and myself had many good laughs, this is a witty, charming movie...all the acting is of coarse top-notch, the humour is Coen all the way.
If your in need of a good laugh spend a couple hours at the theater, you'll come out with a smile on your face!
The next one I saw was "13 days", I enjoyed this one, maybe more than "O brother", but then again, maybe not, it held my attention from start to finish, impeccably acted, the only thing missing was a view of the public's sense of impending doom.
They captured the urgence of the white house well, but the public was not really included, and it really could have heightened the tension even more.
Both very good movies...I'd say O brother was an 8 dollar movie, and 13 days, $7.50...so both were worth full admission.

    A PC for my brother
    by PMazz
My brother asked me to put a new bare bones PC together for him. As I'm a fan of Asus, a MB with all the bells and whistles looks to be a P4G8x deluxe OEM with onboard sound, LAN, and Firewire. Throw in 512 MB PC2100 DDR SDRam. For video, he likes to game some, aan Asus GeForce4 V9180 TD with 64 meg...

Well, this time my brother has asked about speakers. He's having a house built that will have a large family room and kitchen (19 x 50) open space. He's heard my LAs and wants decent speakers. He hasn't had a stereo setup in about ten years and is itching to get his jazz collection out of storage....

Here is the situation, my brother in law is looking for a 5.1 speaker set up, but they have to be small or thin due to my sister doesn't want big speakers everywhere. I believe they listen to more music than movies, but do enjoy a good movies with great sound so I would say 70% music 30% movies, I...
