    Poseidon

Has anyone had a chance to watch this one yet? It's got Richard Dreyfuss and Kurt Russell in it.

I work on yachts and spend a lot of time on the water.
I have no desire to see a big ship full of people getting messed up.
I didn't like The Towering inferno for similar reasons.

I went ahead and rented it. Thats 1 1/2 hours I'll never get back. This could have been a "made for TV movie". I too was hoping for some audio impact. The audio wasn't aweful, but nothing to make my system rumble.

Some pretty good special effects in it, but other than that, I agree, it was like a made for tv movie. What a waste of Kurt Russel and Richard Dreyfuss' time and talent. Audio was indeed a big letdown.

I concur with George, good special effects, some fairly good action sequences, but other than that, nothing special. It is definitely a rental only, if even that.

                  Peace and blessings,

I have been listening to a delightful set of recordings of Brahms' four Symphonies.
{delightful is not quite the optimum word, nor sufficiently comprehensive, to fully describe the performances - I regret my limited vocabulary, but bear with me as I may have some adequate additional descriptions...

                    Dear All,

One of my friend have by mistake connected one of his 602S3 (from 1075 amp) speaker wrongly meaning he has connected +ve to -ve and -ve to +ve on the speaker end and he felt that something is going wrong on the speaker when...

                    A GOOD YEAR

Some may call it a romantic comedy but the romance is really secondary to the story of a highly successful London stock trader ( Russell Crowe) who changes from A-hole to a decent sort. This happens after he must return to the South of France ( winemaking country) to settle...

                    by George Bellefontaine
This is another one of those gritty cop films where the line between good and evil becomes obscured as Kurt Russell and company go about their daily duties as LA Detectives.

DARK BLUE is set during the period leading up to the Rodney King race riots in Los Angeles. Russell is breaking...
