This comedy/mystery stars Robert Downey Jr. as a thief who gets a chance at acting, and Val Kilmer is a homosexual private eye hired to teach Downey how to play a detective. But when real bodies start showing up, Downey and Kilmer find themselves up to their neck in trouble.
It had its comic moments, but all in all I was a little disappointed. If you are a big fan of the two actors you may like this. It was written and directed by Shane Black ( who also wrote Lethal Weapon, but this ain't no Lethal Weapon ).
