Just wanted to throw this out there for anyone interested in food, fine dining, where our food comes from or just cooking in general this show is pretty darn interesting and well done! I love the chef on the second episode and his whole prospect on working with farmers, breeders, and even scientific research to get food that's grown for taste rather than mass production and shelf life. We've watched 2 episodes and so far it's great. Certainly a different type of show for Netflix to get into.
