Coming out May 28th. Jerry Bruckheimer is producing and knowing his previous work, I am confident this will be a huge summer blockbuster.

Sarah, I agree that it looks good from the trailer and Mr. Bruckheimer has a track record for big summer fare. Having said that, I surely hope that it grades out like The Mummy (the Brendan Frasier one) and not like The Scorpion King..

I think that it has the right summer hit elements and talented cast (Jake Gyllenhaal, Alfred Molina and Ben Kingsley) added to the mix.
Plus, it seems to have the right amount of comedy, so I think we can rest assured it won't resemble Gladiator in tone or subject matter (hope that I am following sikoniko's comment correctly). 'popcorn appropriate adventure flick' sounds like a good description for this one.
