Thats a shame because I liked him as Bond. Oh well, I am sure they will roll out a new Brit and move on. I hope the new guy can do Bond justice.

Connery, Brosnan and Timothy Dalton were my favorites, and in that order. But Brosnan has been doing some interesting work lately and I am looking forward to the film he mentioned.

This has been rumored for awhile, I guess they're making it official now. The list of potential Bond's is interesting, Hugh Jackman, Ewan McGregor, Colin Firth, Julian McMahon, James Purefoy, Jude Law, Clive Owen, etc.

My "favorites" list is much like George's in an overall sense. Although I liked the humor Moore brought to the part, which I think Brosnan carried fairly well without going over the top, but I'd still rate him down the list of Bond characters I liked.

Well that sucks. Brosnan is a close 2nd in my "favorite Bond" list.

Hugh Jackman? I like him a lot, but not as James Bond. Clive Owen is a good candidate. How about a dark horse? Jason Statham has that hard edge that Bond needs, plus he can pull off the quirky one-liners where others might not.

Yeah, Clive Owen looks like a good fit, and a pretty good actor to boot.

Agree with the Clive Owen support, though I read that he already turned it down...

I really can't see Jude Law pulling it off!

I agree. Jude would be a very weak Bond. Maybe Clive will change his mind.

After Owen I'd have to vote for Ewan McGregor and Colin Firth but IMO Ewan would be to "goofy" and Colin to "prissy"...siiiiiiigh

Ok, it's not "at the movies" yet. But it will certainly be at the movies before DVD, so I put this information here.

While no mention yet who will play Bond, the next film will be named Casino Royale, based on the first novel in the series by Ian Flemming in the series published...

                      Bond's latest releases
                      by Andrew Pratt
I just picked up Bond's Classified and Remixed CD's late last week and so far I like them. The Remixed CD contains a number of fun tracks like #11 Bond on Bond which given the girls attractive looks conjurs up an interesting mental image :W

Classified is their more mainstream release...though...
