I think Sandra Bullock made this movie in a way to please hereself- it may not please some of her traditional demographic, though. But who knows- she's a pretty smart cookie, no telling...

But of all her movies to make a sequel to, this IS an odd choice.

I watched the preview online last week, and it looked like it was at least mildly amusing. But I have not seen MC1 (not an SB fan myself).

                Probably better than Catwoman anyway.

I'll rent the dvd. I like Sandy. She's quite the comedienne when the material is right. We'll have to wait and see on this one, though.

Actaully I read a review here that said it was better then expected and SB did a good job in it. Its a rental at best but I'll no doubt watch it one weekend as a date movie...helps to ballence out my more macho movie picks

Miss Congeniality wasn't too bad. Sandra Bullock is adorable (okay, I'm a bit prejudiced) and the premise was amusing. It's definitely worth a rainy-day rental, at least IMO.

                          Now, this one? I dunno. . . .

'Murder By Numbers' is a psychological suspense-thriller that tells the story of a tenacious homicide detective, Cassie Mayweather (Sandra Bullock) and her new partner Sam Kennedy (Ben Chaplin) who become pitted against two malevolently brilliant young men (Ryan Gosling and Michael Pitt)...
