    Movie Trailer = Spoiler ?

    I have had countless great movies spoiled over the years because a plot twist was revealed in the trailer ; Example: "Scent of a Woman".. Al Pacino's critical 'Hoo-Rah' (If you've seen the movie then I'll assume you know what I mean). As a result I now refuse to watch trailers, which can be difficult both in theaters and at home on DVD.
    Am I alone? Has anyone had more recent movies ruined by what was shown in the trailer?

      I don't know about ruined, but I've seen some films that had all the best parts in the trailer, which doesn't say much for the movie. Sky Captain & The World Of Tomorrow and Lara Croft: Cradle Of Life come immediately to mind.
