    Does Anybody Use The Arcam Diva Or Fmj Range OF Amps, And What Do
    They Think Of Them?

    HOW DO THEY COMPARE AGAINST MUSICAL FIDELITY WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO OUTRIGHT SOUND QUALITY?

      Don't have an Arcam amp, but I do have an Arcam DV 78 DVD player. I can say that it is a darn good player with both picture and sound. Also build quality is very good, very solid constrcution and heavy duty external chassis materials.

          On the whole I think Arcam Diva's build quality is good but not great. I do think they are a bit flimsy and no way as good as MF bomb proof build quality.

          Has anybody else actually compared the FMJ range of amps sound quality against Musical Fidelity amps and who do you think is far superior?

          Being totally honest I think Arcam aren't that good.

              I've decided to have open the first Club Arcam on the HT Guide as there doesn't seem to be one which is quite strange as there is a Club Musical Fidelity, Club Rotel, Club Bryston.

              Anyway

              Has anybody had the privilege of listening to, or maybe even own              ...

              What do members think of the sound quality of Arcam amplifiers?
              Have you demoed or even own an Arcam Diva or FMJ amp, and what is your own opinion?...

              FMJ A22 w/ DAVE or AV Receiver for HT?

              I recently aquired an Arcam FMJ A22 with DAVE and need to decide whether I should get a 3 channel amp or moderately priced AV reciever (Marantz 4400 or 5400 or equivalent) to pair with the Arcam in order to get 5.1 Home Theater.

              I'm thinking the dedicated AV reciever will be less expensive...
