    1066 Best Price, Best Dealer...

    Hello all,

    I would like to pull the trigger soon on a new Silver 1066. What are the best prices you guys have paid? Also, who are the best Rotel dealers out there?

      Rotel won't allow internet sales so your limited to the dealers that are located within driving distance unfortunatly. Typical prices seem to range from 8 to 12 percent off retail with the odd person getting 15 percent off.

          Just got dealers best price on RSP-1066/RMB-1095 combo, what ya think?

          A local authorized Rotel dealer just gave me a price of $3,200 out the door for the combo (1066/1095). The units will be ordered from Rotel (silver), and he promises they'll have the new remote and most recent upgrades. What do you all think, should I pull the triger?

          As always when I contemplate purchasing new equipment I like to shop around. Who doesn't want the best possible deal, right?

          I've had a few folks tell me it's a good deal but who knows, as many people as I've seen purchasing...

          I was recently told by one of my local friendly Rotel dealers that the RSP 1066 IS capable of processing DPLIIx but Rotel is refraining from writing a software upgrade so as to not discourage upgrades to the RSP 1068 by current 1066 owners.
