    Matching amp to speakers

I am considering the RSP-1066 or 1098 if I wait and the RMB 1075. I read that it is important to match the amp to the speakers. For example you may want to be careful about using a "bright" amp with "bright" speakers, like Rotel and Klipsch or Def Tech. Anyway, my speakers are M&K, any recommendations about matching the amp to these speakers? Pro-line MPS-2510 and 2525 (4 ohm nominal).

    Thanks.

    Are B&W speakers bright?

A recurring theme in this forum is the bright nature of B&W speakers (some members use the word “harsh” but “bright” sounds better if you’ve spent a lot of money on B&W gear). I’ve assumed that people who like B&W like brightness. I do. I hear other people’s speakers and...

Advise on amp for Sig8NT inwalls
    by setanta
Hi all, first time post to this forum although I've been reading various threads for the past year or so.

I would appreciate some advise and guidance on matching an amp with a pair of Sig-8NT in-walls. These speakers are rated at 200W and I know a good choice would be a Rotel RB-1080...

    Matching B&W Speakers?
    by marius
I have a set of B&W FPM5 speakers in the front. I'm trying to find matching surround speakers without breaking my budget (4 FPM2's are too expensive).

My requirements: small (LM1 size or smaller), white or silver, and about $150 a piece.

I could just go with the LM1's...
