    Trigger pulled, Universal Remote?

Well, I finally did it, pulled the trigger on the 1066/1075 in Silver. My dealer should have it in a week. I'm moving to seperates, WooHoo! Here's my question. I was underwhelmed by the remote on the display unit I was looking at. It just didn't feel "right", to me. I was also playing with a Home Theater Master MX-500, which felt more "right" than any other remote I've ever held. It is really nice, & CHEAP as well ($109). Does anyone use this or the MX-700 remote? I have a Yamaha RAV-3000 (Philips TSU-2000 clone) currently, & HATE IT. I also hated the Sony touchscreen as well. I have a One For All "Kameleon" that is great, but it lights up whenever my SVS PC+ barks, which is all the time. Thanks!

I've got an mx500 and it's great. I've been using it for over a year and while I'm not using any of the advanced stuff really, like macro's. it's just amazingly useable. it feels right in the hand, the buttons are well placed and you can feel your way across them in the dark.

    I'd recommend them highly

I personally own a Sony AVR-2100 but I know Sonnie Parker owns a MX-700. Read the following post. He does a great job reviewing and documents the configuration of the MX-700. Enjoy.
