    Hi, I'm New

    Good Morning,

I've been following the Club Rotel posts with great interest, especially the RSP-1066 threads. I'm glad to hear that the unit will now pass HD. I would love to add this pre/pro and the RMB-1075 to my current system. I have the following:

    Rotel RSX-965
    Rotel RCD-951
    Toshiba Cinema Series SD-5700 (DVD)
    Toshiba 57HX81 Cinema HD
Bell ExpressVu/Echostar 4700 (Like to change to 6000 model)
    B&W CDM 7SE
    B&W CDM CSE
B&W DS6 (Like to change to CDM SNT)
Paradigm Reference Servo-15A with x-30 crossover

Looking forward to hearing more on bass management issues with the unit. I'm sure all these bugs will be ironed out by the time I'm ready to move.

    Regards,

    Ken Makela

        CDM SNT rears.......too much?
        by kmak
        Hi Folks,

I spotted a matching pair of CDM SNTs online. I replaced my DS6 with the identical speakers back in May. I can rearrange my receiver to run the rear surrounds, but I'm concerned that it might be overkill.

I've attached some rudimentary camera phone pics of...

Anyone mixing CDM NT series with 700 series?
        by Blindamood
I'm currently running a 5.1 setup with the following: CDM 9NTs in front, CDM CNT center, and CDM 1NTs in the rear. I'm considering moving the 9NTs to another room (where I have a 2-channel system), and looking for ideas to replace them in the 5.1 setup.

        Obviouusly, the CDM NT series...

        CDM 1SE - To Bi-wire or Not?
        by emdeevee
I have a set of CDM SE speakers which I'm going to power with a B&K AVR507. The CDM 7SEs and the CDM CSE will be bi-wired with Audioquest Type 6 wire, but due to real world issues, I cannot run 35 feet (under carpet) of Type 6 wire to my rear CDM 1SEs -- at least not if I want to stay married....

        New CDM-1nt speakers... What now?
        by Aven
I did it… I’ve gotten my first set of B&W’s! For my first set I got a demo’d pair of cdm-1nt’s for fronts and an asw300 subwoofer to give a little more bottom…

Currently, I’m running them with my old amp and player… A Sony home theater receiver and a Sony DVD player…...

Toshiba 57HX93 The Story, The Results!!
        by Trevor Schell
        Hi!

I just purchased the Toshiba 57HX93 last weekend and have it installed into our family room. High Defination broadcasts are aquired courtesy of the Bell ExpressVu 6000 HD Satelite Receiver.
We had made some changes in the house in which the downstairs Theater room was converted...
