    a good combo?

    Dear all,

I have the opportunity to change my x2 RMB-1095 power amps which are being used qat present for biamping front left, centre and right and then x3 rear speakers in a 6.1 config, for a RB-1092 and 1575.

is the 1092 and 1575 a good combo - will use x2 of the 5 channels on the 1575 to biamp centre and use the other 3 for rear speakers

    thanks

    1095 great amp

    Hi there,

    I have the RB1090, the RB1091, and the Rb1095.

Personally I think the 1095 is a great amp and if I hadnt been able to find a Rb1090 before they disappeared I would have grabbed another RB1095 and done what you have.

The RB1091 is fine( just a one channel version of RB1092 ), but I dont think it was worth swapping your 1095 for it unless you have a problem with space available or heat being produced.

So personally, I would stay with what you have unless you can find a RB1090 floating around and then I would definately go for it.

Heard the RB1090 and RB1091 side by side...

Today, I just got back from hearing the 1090 and 1091/1092 amps duke it out with the BW802D... side by side. I must say, I preferred the RB1090 by a good margin. I thought that the 1090 took better control of the 802D in ALL aspects, from the bass to the diamond tweeter. The 1090 had greater stage...

      Anybody running RB1095, RB1080 & RSP1098 for 7.1?
      by RickF
I'm thinking about an upgrade in the not too distant future and am considering the addition of an RB 1095 along with the RSP 1098 to connect with my existing RB 1080 for a 7.1 system.

      Anybody have this setup? Thoughts?

      rotel 1080/1095 or 1575 to power B&W
      by wildmda
I have 803S fronts, HTM3s center, ASW855 sub and 685 backs. I am trying to decide what amp to buy. Would it be better to go with a 1080/1095 combo and biamp or by a 1575? The cost between the two scenerios is basically the same.

Thank you for your help and advise.

      Rotel 1570/1575 12v trigger problem
      by RichardB
      Hi,

I have recently picked up a Rotel 1570/1575, and I am having a few problems with the 12v trigger between the 1570/1575. I am unable to get the 1575 to power on while using the trigger when turning the 1570 on. I have the trigger cable connected to trigger out 1 on the 1570, and the...

Question about Rotel 1575 & more
      by manjo
      Hi all,

Just joined this forum. Have a few questions.

      1st question:
I am considering a Rotel 1575, and PSB Image T65 speakers and SV12 plus sub-woofer. The question is does the 1575 have provision for a subwoofer ? The spec says 5x250W receiver, but I thought if...
