RSP-1570 AND XBOX 360 elite ISSUES

I have mentioned this on another thread but it's lacking feedback, so i fiugred i'd start my own thread.

When i have my xbox360 hooked up, the hdmi feed drops out, then in and out. Signal loss then comes back for a sec, i shut everything off, did factory default, still doing it, any suggestions?

Nothing will happen for like an hour then eventually i get a flicker, which leads to a 10sec or so drop out, then no signal. I then shut everything off, try next day and cycle continues.

    Here is my setup:
    RSP-1570
    RMB-1575
    Plugged into 1570 is:
HDMI Out - Mits hc7000 Projector
HDMI In - Bell HD Receiver, PS3, Xbox360 ELITE

Everything above works, no issues except the xbox.

    So,
    I tried 3 different cables.
Did all the recent updates for 1570
Tried all 4 hdmi inputs on 1570
Tried component from xbox to 1570, does the same thing
Tried using a diff xbox360 elite and normal xbox360, still does it

When i hook them up to tv upstairs, everything works, hdmi and component, no issues.

I've hook them up directly to projector and they all work good, no issues

So am i safe to say that my projector and xbox360 elite are functioning alright, that it is and issue between xbox and rotel?

I've contacted BWgroup-support, they don't have any know issues of this happening.

Anyone know of anything else i could try?
    Suggestions?

    Thanks
    Chase

I'm having HDMI issues with my XBOX and Rotel 1069. I am by no means a HDMI expert, but I have had some luck making the HDMI "shake hands" with the XBOX, Rotel, and TV.

Make sure you have the Rotel input which the XBOX is connected to, powered on first. Power on your projector 2nd. Then power on the xbox.
    Observe what happens...

My switch on sequence is also TV, 1570, sat receiver. Any other order and I won't get a picture from the receiver. Perhaps the XBOX also needs to power up last?

If the picture disappears after working for a while, its more than likely a physical hardware issue. The HDCP stuff is a one time negotiation, so if the signal drops out and in, it will have to renegotiate again. I'd check cables and connectors: try a new cable(s), try a new HDMI port(s), until I can narrow down the fault.

have you tried 720p vs 1080? I'm using my xbox pro & 1570 at 720p and so far no problems. i'm surprised you're getting the same issue with component also, sounds like it would be the xbox but if its happening with the other xbox's that makes it even more strange. hope you find a solution soon.

I have th 1570 and I have to turn on the PS3 as the very last step or else the result is no MULTI-CHANNEL PCM or no sound period.

Yah I have been using 720p and now to 1080i, everything seems good now, 1080p doesn't work for me at all.
