Can this legendary model be found? It was the first "high end" player I listened to that got my attention, mainly because I could actually afford it at the time, yet I hesitated just a day or so too long. When I went back to buy it they were having a big sale and it was gone. Could have got it for next to nothing in 1994 dollars.
Anyway, any of you hear of one up for auction, hidden on the back shelves of a thrift shop I'd be most grateful.
I'm sure this thing simply isn't as great as I remember it. I probably get better sound out of my Playstation 1! This too is becoming a fetish item, and I've got one off at a friend's being modded.
