Rsp 1068 Osd

Recently upgraded firmware and now cannot access the setup menu on rsp 1068. I hit AUD and then Menu/OSD, 1050 remote says OSD but the 1068 panel does not change. Other buttons on the remote work such as vol, on and off, sub, and others. The 1050 also works with other units (TV, CD, Phono).
I need to access the menu. Thanks

Never mind. Am now up and running.

what did you do to fix the problem?
I'm having different problems w/the same remote

Power Conditioning & Distribution: APC H15, 4 Furman Miniport 20s; 3 dedicated 20A feeds
