    Rotel Gear

    Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if the below are good prices for Rotel gear? Also does anyone know of a store in the GTA that would have better prices?

    RMB-1075 = $850cdn tax in
    RSX-1057 = $850cdn tax in
    RSP-1068 = $1000cdn tax in

    Thanks T

I don't know what the good prices should be, but I suggest that you re-consider the 1057 or 1068. I personally think that if you are getting anything now you should get something that can handle HDMI audio.

      B-Amp Rotels

I just ordered a pair of Magnepan 1.6s. I want ti bi-amp them with a pair of Rotel RB-1070s with a RC-1082 pre-amp. I have never bi-amped anything before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have not talked to the dealer yet, just ordered the stuff. Thanks.

I think you can do much better.I bought the RMB 1075 for under 500.00 us.The dealer was making room for the new line. The 1057 and 1068 are being replaced with the new 1500 series so I would think you should be able to get a heck of a deal if that is the way you choose to go.I would personally look at the new line if for nothing else the hdmi and HD Codecs which you will not get with the 1057 or 1068.

Who wants Halo gear in black? :)
          by Chris D
This has been asked about here in Club Parasound ever since Halo gear was first introduced 10 years ago. Aaaaaand... you got it! Parasound continues to listen to their customers, here and elsewhere.

Hot off the press, formally released today. I've been keeping this under my hat for...

Reputable US Store for Pronto Gear
          by dmcgowan
I would like to buy a Pronto TSU9400 and prices in Australia are just downright robbery (>2x USA prices). Does anyone have any suggestions for a reputable store who would be willing to take an overseas order?

Hidef Lifestyle via Amazon looked ok but they won't ship overseas. Other...

          Audio Stand for Classé Gear
          by HedgeHog
          Hi folks,

I'm curious what people are using for their Classé gear. I'm about to acquire that ubiquitous setup of 802D/HTM2D/SSP-800/CA-5200. Additionally, I have the Pio PRO-151FD and JL Audio F113. So I can get a wide av stand and put all the gear in there, the center on top, and...

TF&TF and BS's Dracula Superbit Prices
          by David Meek
          Just an FYI,

I was in WalMart last night and picked up The Fast And The Furious for $17.50 US and Bram Stoker's Dracula - Superbit for $19.95 US. When you figure tax against shipping that's at least a couple of dollars cheaper each than the Internet (according to DVD Pricesearch) .
