I'm kind of p*ssed when I look at the retail prices here in good old Europe :M ... e.g. the RB-1092 is €2599,- incl. VAT - (rate of exchange €1 = $1,58 ... that's $4107,- 8O ... have mercy!).

The rmb-1077 got cheaper. It used to equal the rb-1092 in price.

MacUser, remember US prices are plus tax. If we could only get them to go 220v...

I think most, if not all, 110 Volt Rotel power amps can be configured to work on 220 Volts; in fact rmb-1085,for example, auto configures (per Rotel user manual).
Moreover the class D amplifiers weigh considerably less. If you have a trip to US you may want to look into picking up one from there. Also consider the custom duties for your home country.

I don't have one, but I was just at a dealers and saw a catalog with MSRP. It seems to me the prices were exactly $100.00 more than the posted US prices for those items I looked at.

Having said that, I was told I'd get a reduced price, so I'm guessing it will be close (mind you, this is the shop that I'm spending my retirement funds at :B )

It varies widely depending on country. But it's closer to US pricing.
