A question for the expert on the 1098
I just got a DVD- player that does DVD-A & SACD (universal player),
is it possible to have the 1098 to play any cd sacd dvd-a or dvd-v
without swithing each time from video1 to EXT for mutichannel (manually),
to have it swithing... -
But first to check if your 5.1 works fine.....

Download the last item called "Multichannelcheck" in either DD or DTS. It's in Swedish but that makes no difference, it will do the job.

Help!
I bought a sixth speaker to put in my home theater. I plan to use it as an additional surround speaker (center back).
Well, I managed to hook up the speaker with the Rotel RSX-1056 (which can run 5 speakers) and am using an older Yamaha receiver to power the 6th speaker.... -
