    Looking for an older model receiver, thoughts?

    I'm looking to set up a 2nd system for TV and non-critical listening. HDMI, component video switching and the like are not an issue. All I really want to do is bypass my TV and send the audio signal to B&W 602s and a matching center. All I need is Dolby Digital and DTS.

    Any suggestions on an older generation receiver?

      The RSX-972 would be a good choice. The RSX-965 had DD/DTS as well.

              You can also get some good deals on audiogon on the RSX-1055, for a few more dollars a step up.
