We have a Comcast DVR and I would like to program its remote to control the volume of the RSX-1056, but I can't find the codes anywhere. Anybody know it? TIA, Tom

Does not exist to my knowledge. Here's the support page:

I've been trying to get the Comcast remote to work as well with the 1056 with no luck. The learning function is not working. Has anyone got it to work.

I've never seen a Comcast remote with learning functions, and I still highly doubt you will ever see a code for Rotel on most of the included universals.

So we recently got Comcasts HD DVR and a new plasma...very nice. But let's face it the set up is a bit hard for the family and others to use...so I was thinking why not program the cable box (Motorola DCT6412) remote for basic tv use. That way when my mom is here babysitting for us she can turn on... -

I recently got a hand-me-down RSX-1057 from my father along with an RR-1060 remote but I am unable to control the RSX-1057 with the RR-1060. Both units were unused (and unpowered) for a couple of years before I started playing with them yesterday.
