    RB 1080 12 v trigger

    HI guys i was wondering how does one use the 12 v trigger on both my Rotel RB 1080 and my NAD c 162 pre amp. Since the pre has a remote which controls the NAD cd can it be used to start the 1080 if the trigger is set to on? What kind of cord would i need? Is it a problem to do this using a pre and power which are manufactured by different companies? Thanks in advance.

      Use a 1/8th inch mono cable and attach the trigger out on the pre-amp to the trigger in on the amp.
