    Rotel Amp for B&W CM4's

    I currently have a RSP1066 and a RMB976MKII and CM4's.

Does anyone have any recomendations for a new amp for the CM4's as I am wondering if there will be a big improvement in sound quality from a new amp?

    Thanks

In general the speakers and room acoustics play a greater role in overall presentation.
What do you find lacking or insufficient in your current system? How many cm series are you running(more than two?), and have you considered bi-wiring?

Forgive me for asking, but why do so many audiophile types have such a low opinion of B&W speakers? Is it some kind of reverse snobbery? ie, B&W aren't "boutique" enough?

Decent pre-amp for 2 channel use with RSX1055???
      by OakIris
I have heard good things about the RMB1075, but I can't find one on the used market, and I can't afford to pay $1000+. Just wondered it there is a cheaper Rotel model that would work, or another brand that would pair well with the Rotel RSX1055.

My mains are B&W CM4s. I do have...

B&W N802s - How many watts for HT?

I power my B&W N802s with a 100W integrated (Classe CAP 2100) which I find adequate for 2 channel audio...

I was wondering whether 100 Watts would work just as well for HT duties? The center channel is an B&W HTM-1. I'm wondering - is power defficieny more or less obvious in...
