1068 mixed up?

    1068 mixed up?

    Hi,

    I think im having some problems with my 1068. Im not hearing any sound anymore if i select any of the digital inputs. I have both a dvdplayer and xbox360 connected via optical in. But neither one of them gives any sound. I also have a computer connected via analog audio 3 but i only get sound if i select optical 1 and after that switch back to analog bypass. Analog CD audio is no problem.

    I tried reverting back to default factory settings without succes. I have the latest firmware (1.2.2 050304).

      Sounds like the digital board went out. Probably won't have any sound except in bypass mode. I've seen it happen a couple of times.

          Hi guys, after reading the technical section notes under FAQ on the rotel site, it states the rsp 1066 in stereo mode is analog apart from the subwoofer signal.

          My question is, is the 1068 also analog in stereo mode ?

          I'm running a Rotel RDV-1060 DVD to a Rotel RSP-1068 powered by a Rotel RMB-1075 playing on B&W 703s (fronts), 705s (rear), HTM7 (center), and ASW700 sub. The DVD player is connected by both analog RCA cables as well as digital coax.
