Well, let me be the first to say hi back. I just bought a 1098 as well--possibly from the same guy (Tyson @ Audio Works).

I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine and welcome to the forum.

      Hi,

Welcome to Club Rotel - I hope you find it a valuable resource and a friendly place to be. And as you come to know and understand the great processor you just bought - you are able to be an active contributor and member to this forum.

Also (and of course) remember that there are a number of other HTguide.com forums covering things such as audio, home theatre, DVDs etc - so you can enjoy those as well.

              Hello to all,

Just found this forum and glad I fell into it! ;-)

I had a HCA855a and wanted to get a bit more power, so bought a HCA1206 from someone on audiogon. The item was packaged really well from the previous owner, however, it came with no original box, different...

What's the word big birds? I am joining this forum per the recommendation of a reviewer from audioreview.com that read my latest review. I have some qualms about my purchase as I used to be a faithful Marantz owner and it looks like this is the right place to rock.

              Not that you want to...

              Guys:

I have been quietly reading on here for a few days. I must say I found it very informative.

I am interested in building a large set of floorstanding main speakers for my home. Below are the links to the speakers I allready have. (Origionally bought for a car audio...

I know we typically think BIG, and BIG is BETTER when it comes to screens. However, I used some reverse logic with this decision. In addition to cost considerations, I made quality considerations. The set I opted for is the 55" curved front 9000 Samsung curved front TV. You may be saying, curved...
