    RSX-1065 actual firmware ?

    Hi my dear collagues :-)

    i got a lil question about the RSX-1065 - can anyone tell me the actual firmware release number for this receiver ? is it still 1.57 ?

    How to find out on the receiver ? anything wrong if it is a 2.24 ? or is this a "old" machine only upgraded with new eprom and new software ? i hope my unit is new ... are there any differences between the U.S. model firmware and the european firmware ?

    is it right when saying its a "old model" it has got a firmware around 2.24 and a "new model" got a firmware around 1.57 ?

          I have a friend who is selling his black faced rsx1065 and we are not finding fair market value prices. Anyone have a link or possible price he and I might agree on?
          My understanding is this is mint condition with all the packaging...

          I have a problem with the display on my RSX1065, when I go to adjust settings such as the sub level or center level, the display fades somewhat and it is hard to read. :scratchhead: Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what was done to remedy the situation?

          Is the actual Firmware 2.25 (RSP 1066) the last one or are there further imrovements and changes planned?

          Compared to last year and the beginning of the year it got quiet about topics concerning the firmware.
