What type of switching inside RA-01 ?
What type of switching is inside the RA-01 amplifier for its input source selection Function ; Monitor ; and Speakers' switches ?
Are these the simple mechanical/electrical contact types as were in most of the older Rotel amplifiers , or , are these switches FETs , or , electronically activated Relays ?
I see the RA-01 has a 12volt "trigger" output , hence , even though it has no Remote Control , its front panel switches may still use this 12volt trigger to activate FET or Relay switches inside .
Whatever will be shown on the Schematic for the amplifier , which authorized Rotel service technicians will have a copy of . I would like to know the type of switching before I buy the amplifier . The Retailer here does not know . thankyou , Chris .
