    Can Rotel receivers decode AM stereo?

    from the Rotel FAQ:

    "AM STEREO:
    For an AM radio station to be stereo, it must use the required industry standard Motorola C-Quam system. Most AM stations continue to broadcast in mono only. To receive it, your car or home receiver must have the ability to decode a stereo AM signal, which most do not."

    I could not find on the website if their receivers can do this, As it happens, we have a great AM stereo station here that I listen to all the time...does anyone know if the RX 1050 or RX 1052 can decode AM stereo?

    thanks,

    david

            Rotel + Sub
            by BWLover
            Hello everyone! I'd like some advice on how to hook up a B&W subwoofer with a stereo pre-amp, as I have only ever done this with receivers (dedicated sub out line). I would like to use the crossover on the sub to send anything above 80hz to my B&W 683S1's. What are my options for doing this...

            Sharing front speakers with 2 receivers
            by sharnyo
            Ok. The title may sound weird but it has a reason.

            I have my speakers hooked to a 5.1 HT receiver. Since I also like good stereo system, I have a thought of using a stereo receiver and use the same two front speakers.

            That way, I can share the front speakers for both HT...

            A good "stereo" sub for my 2 channel Rotel???
            by thyname
            Hi there;

            I have a stereo system with Rotel RB-1080 RC-1070 RCD-1072 and Axiom M60 floorstanding speakers. Quite happy with what I have, and don' seem to decide yet on building a HT. However, I am thinking of doing it one at a time, starting with a sub. I am a "stereo guy" with...
