My 1098 display is dead !!!

Hello guys,
I have this problem with my 5 months old Rotel:
In the morning I turned on my amp and everything was OK, and in the evening I noticed that the display went completly off. I don't have the 1098 in front of me, so I didn't see when or what happened.
My OSD Output is set now to Screen+Monitor, but I can see the menu only on my TV.
Setup: Rotel 1098+1095+1072 + Pioneer 575 universal player
Do you have any idea?

PS. Excuse my english ops: , I'm from Romania.

Check the cables sometimes they become loose.

Check menu settings ensure source is enabled.

Thanks, Azeke. I already did that. The display is black, I don't even see the menu or the volume. It's like when you turn it completely off, but it doesn't light up anymore.

Check the 1098 setup, if i'm not wrong there's an otpion to turn the display always OFF, maybe you have activate this otpion for error.

Yes, I did that too. It's not working. I called the dealer yesterday, but he doesn't answer my phone. I'll try again today ... Thank you guys, I'll keep you informed.

I went yesterday to Luxtone Hi-FI, the Rotel dealer in Romania, and after a short look at my "seek" 1098 they decided to replace it for me. So now I have a brand new 1098 to play with. Great service! :T
