Tryind to decide which preamp/processor to get, it's between the Anthem Statement D1 and the rotel rsp1098, I have the rotel rmb1095 amp and i sold the rsp-1066 and looking to upgrade, any suggestions or feedback would greatly be appreciated.

I'd take a listen to the D1. I listened to both the 1068 and 1098 and couldn't tell a significant difference that justified almost twice the price.

I really enjoy my RSP-1098. I would test listen to both, if you like the Anthem better and can justify the price, then purchase it. It all comes down to what you like, after all it's your money. Just keep this in mind, does the Anthem sound twice as good for the $5K pricetag?

I did listen to the D1 before I bought my 1098 and I honestly couldn't justify half the difference in price. Plus by comparison to the 1098 the D1 is butt ugly! However, to it's credit the D1 is probably much more reliable. I've had two 1098 failures already.Jerry RappaportComment

According to The Digital Bits Warner is releasing the first 4 Batman films as a box set. It won't include Batman Begins. They are also releasing each film seperately.
MSRP is $26 each or $80 for the 4.
