    Sortware update for 1068..HELP!

    Downloaded the latest software for the 1068 and when running the MTTY file, it doesn't begin with the download start ->>, it just gives me the readout on the units display. The software switches on the back are flipped and the values seem to be set correctly. I have tried it several times, and got only whatever is displayed?? Confused!!

      Did you flip the switches after you flipped the hard switch in the back to kill power? If the amp was in standby the switches wouldn't have initialized.

          Yeah, thanks, after digging through several old threads I realized the main switch on the back of the unit needs to be off. Everything went fine after that.

          Boy, there is nothing like waiting, and waiting for a reply to a thread when you really need and answer!! Good thing we have beer to hold us over!!!
