Construction is going well. We had a big delay because my contractor got really sick (heart) and we had to change for a new contractor really fast... It was complicated to switch in between like this (because we are also building a new section to the house, and another big living-room at the same time...).... -

Or at least compared to my last attempt it's improved. I was about to order a working one and read some comments and some of the issues were things I had trouble with already, so why pay $$ and still have issues? Maybe this will be helpful to someone, so far I think it will take care of my circle...
